SALES TAX

 

7% sales tax applies on all orders shipped to an Iowa address and 6.5% sales tax applies on all orders shipped to Minnesota orders.  No sales tax applies on orders shipped to any other states.

 

CUSTOMS FEES

 

International shipments for customers outside the USA may be subject to local customs.  The customer is responsible for any customs fees or duties on the item.  All international orders are marked as "Merchandise with Commercial Value".  We do not mark any international orders as "gifts". 

SHIPPING OPTIONS

» Shipments within the Continental USA:  We ship UPS Ground (3-5 business days) and UPS Next Air (1-2 business days).

» Shipments outside the USA: We ship USPS Express Mail Service.

» NOTE:  For shipments outside the USA or to a PO Box address, we only ship once per week.

» NOTE:  Local pickups not available.

 

SHIPPING INSURANCE

 

All shipments via UPS Ground and USPS EMS are insured free of charge up to the first $100.00 of value.  Additional insurance may be purchased if requested.

 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER IS EASY

 

Every UPS shipment will have a UPS tracking number to help you track your order at any time.  You will receive an e-mail on the day of shipment indicating the tracking number and expected delivery date. 

 

ORDERS PROCESSED WITHIN ONE BUSINESS DAY

 

Your order will generally be processed within one business day (weekends and holidays not included).  Orders are shipped out between 12 - 2 p.m. each business day.  All orders placed and paid for by Noon can usually be shipped the same business day.  Any orders placed and paid for after Noon are shipped the following business day.  (Note:  International orders and items shipped to PO Boxes are shipped via USPS once per week, usually Saturdays).   

 

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE AND WARRANTIES

 

Unless otherwise stated on the listing, we offer a 30 day satisfaction return policy.  If you are unsatisfied with the item within 30 days of the date of the invoice, you can return the item for a refund (less shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee).  Nearly all items we sell include a 1 year limited warranty through the manufacturer.  If the item is defective within 1 year from date of purchase, please contact us for information on having your item repaired or replaced under any available warranty.

FusionTank does not disclose or share any of your personal information to any third parties.  We respect our customers' preference to limit communication, and therefore we do not e-mail customers about promotions or new products.  Most importantly, your e-mail address will be kept confidential.
